Thaddée joined the ISAI Expansion (Growth & Buyout) team in 2025 as an Associate. 

He previously worked over three years at Sycomore Corporate Finance as an M&A Analyst, where he was involved in around ten transactions, notably in the technology services industry (LumApps, Harvest, Evolucare). He started his career in merger and acquisition at Banque Hottinguer, followed by a role in Private Equity at Sagard MidCap.

He enjoys spending his holidays on a surfboard, chasing the perfect wave, and enjoying the warm atmosphere of the French South-West over a rugby match.
