ISAI Flex provides tailor-made financing to digital and services companies, enabling them to pursue their growth while limiting dilution of their share capital.
INVESTMENT CRITERIA
We target companies based in France and Europe with revenues of at least €5M, strong growth, profitability, and whose founders and managers hold a significant stake in the share capital.
Our financing addresses shareholder reorganization or liquidity needs, as well as organic or external growth. We invest primarily through bonds.
Beyond providing financing that allows management to optimize their equity ownership, the ISAI Flex team actively supports them and makes ISAI’s full sector expertise and network available to them.
