Caroline joined ISAI in 2022 as a Partner, Head of Investor Relations, Sustainability / ESG, and Communication.

Prior to joining ISAI, Caroline spent 8 years at Flexstone Partners, where she actively contributed to the development of a 1B€ management company into a 10+B€ Global Private Assets Platform. There, she addressed both private and institutional clients and built experience across the full spectrum of the investor journey, juggling with Business Development, Investor Relations, RFP management, Communication, and Sustainability / ESG.

As Head of Sustainability / ESG, Caroline is leveraging ISAI initiatives to accelerate the firm commitment and the movement toward a more climate-smart, inclusive Tech system.

Caroline began at Amundi Asset Management in 2005, before jumping into the Private Equity industry in 2009 by joining Omnes Capital to build relationships with investors.
